On August 1, 2014 and at 20 weeks pregnant, Blair was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer.  She has since completed 7 months of chemotherapy, delivered a healthy baby boy, and is healing from a double mastectomy.  If you would like to read the full story visit her page on caringbridge.com.   After surgery, we received the news that Blair is cancer free. 
We are so thankful that Blair is cancer free. However, the last several months have been very taxing physically, emotionally, and financially. As you can imagine this has put a great deal of stress on Blair and her family as she has not been working, and they added another baby to the family. She is still recovering from her surgery and will continue to have procedures for reconstruction, infusions and ongoing prescriptions. I have had several people ask how they can give and help Blair and her family. So I, (one of Blair’s best friends), have created this page to raise money to help with the extraordinarily costly medical bills and expenses that they have faced since Blair’s diagnosis last August and the additional expenses over the next few months. Thank you so much for your support and encouragement throughout this difficult time. We have always believed and we have LOVED her through it!
