Our beloved Neeret was the light of her family. She was a beautiful child, full of life, intelligent and very outgoing. She spread love to whomever she spoke with. She loved going to school and playing with her younger brother and older sister.

Neeret was diagnosed with high grade glioma, an extremely aggressive pediatric brain tumor, in February of 2023. For months, she bravely fought the disease, undergoing multiple surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. At times, she improved and even returned back to school, which gave us all hope of recovery. Despite extensive treatment, her disease continued to recur and then progressed. Harneeret passed away tragically on October 2, 2023, her mother's birthday. She was 10 years old.

Neeret's parents immigrated to the United States from Punjab with the American dream in mind. Life has proven tough and this loss has been devastating for them.
