Hi, I'm Justine and I would like to help the Cook family after Tammy was involved in a horrible accident on one of our local roads last week. Suffering severe head and leg injuries. This fundraiser is to assist her family with travel costs to and from the hospital, medical expenses and anything else that they might require in their time of need.
