Hi, we're Amisha and Anusha. We're opening a Go Fund Me account for our mom. We've lived in Temescal Valley, California since 2008, where our parents worked to build a home for our family. Sadly, our father is no longer able to support us. Our mom has been through a lot as a single mother. She lost her beauty salon because of the Covid lockdowns, and since then, she has struggled to earn a living. A few months ago, she was unable to pay all of our bills, so she asked our uncle for help. However, instead of helping us, he took advantage of our situation and our mom's trust. He manipulated her into adding him to her bank accounts and stole her money. Soon he fraudulently put our home under his name. We recently found out that he has a history of committing fraud, theft, and sexual assult. And it is estimated that he has stolen over $100k from our extended family.

In December 2021, our uncle brought a woman from India and began the process of evicting us from our childhood home so he could have the house only for him and his new family. For months we stood our ground but lived fearfully amidst their harassment, aggressive outbursts, and threats. On March 7th, our uncle physically attacked our mom, and then us, and permanently locked us out of our home. We have been staying with family members, but we currently have no permanent place to go. Even after leaving us homeless, our uncle continues to harass and threaten us through other family members.

Money raised through Go Fund Me will go towards legal fees to help us get our house back and to help us get back on our feet. We have been victims of fraud domestic violence, terror, and sexual harassment. We want to make sure he will not do this to anyone else.
