My name is Jimmy and I live here in Las Vegas , Nevada. I have severe arthritis is both knees and am currently unable to get around very much. I am on Social Security Disability and was told there would be no medical assistance for two years.  I recently acquired a mobility chair and I am in great need of a lift for our family vehicle in order to have outside the home access to things like doctor's appointments and other necessary activities. It is almost essential that I be able to purchase a lift in order to utilize the mobility chair. I need to be able to purchase the lift as well as a ramp for the home. I am trying to raise the sum of $3000 in order to make this happen. I would greatly appreciate any financial assistance in order to reach my goal. Thank you so much for your consideration.
