My name is Nick Cadwallader. I’m a father of three, and I’m currently fighting stage 4 colon, liver, and metastatic bone cancer. Recently, I had spinal surgery to relieve pressure on my spine, but it left me completeley physically disabled from the waist down. Right now, I can’t walk, stand, even sit up. And basic tasks have become excruciatingly difficult in ways I never imagined.
This has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced—not just physically, but emotionally. My biggest concern through all of this is my kids. They’re my world, and everything I’m fighting for.
With everything going on, I know Medical bills, recovery and daily living expenses will be piling up while I’m unable to work. As well as I will need to be in a speciality facility for rehab and PT at least five days a week before I can even start cancer treatment.
I’m asking for help during this incredibly difficult time. Any support—whether it’s a donation, a share, or even just a message—means more to me than I can put into words.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
