Please Help Support King's Cancer Fund

I cant believe I am even typing this but we got one of the worst phone calls this evening in regards to our baby boy King. He has been diagnosed with Stage 2 nasal adenocarcinoma. (An aggressive tumor in the nose that cannot be cured, but managed with radiation for a possible extended lifespan).

Backstory- He has been battling nosebleeds, sneezing, and a runny nose for a good amount of time. He has been his usual self, with a little more fatigue than normal. We took him to our local vet who believed for awhile that he was experiencing seasonal allergies. We spent countless dollars only for the problems to persist with no answers. We were recommended to another local vet to get a second opinion. The new vet believed immediately that his nosebleeds had nothing to do with allergies but a possible foreign object, a fungal infection, or the worst possible case scenario... cancer. King is only 4 years old (literally just turned 4 in November). Because of his age the vet wanted to run some more tests. They did blood work and found that his white blood cell count was through the roof, and his platlets were very low. With that information they wanted to perform surgery. Just last week we spent $2,100 on a surgery where they scoped his nose and flushed his sinuses, and took some biopsies for the lab. The vet remained hopeful that due to his age cancer was a very low possibility. We obviously now know that King is the exception. We are devastated and at a loss for words.

Personally King is my best friend and I have never felt more connected to an animal than him. He quite literally is my emotional support dog. He follows me everywhere and truly knows when I need him. We got King as a puppy for our daughter who we wanted her to grow up with. We both had childhood dogs that went through our younger years with us and we wanted our daughter to have the same experience. We know that curing this type of cancer is pretty impossible but we have hope that maybe, just maybe, radiation could prolong his life and give him more time and happiness like he wholeheartedly deserves.

Our goal is $10,000 because of the radiation treatments. We are grateful for literally anything.

Anyone who knows me, knows how important King is to our family, and thinking of a life without him tears us to pieces. I really hate asking for money, I hate burdening others, but I only ask because we really need it. There is a small chance we could get more time, and I will take more time with him over anything else in the world right now. If you can donate anything I will be eternally grateful and if you cannot donate PLEASE just share this to the world/ social media. I know this is a big ask but King is more than worth it. Thank you so much already for just reading this and please help us get the word out. We will pass the love forward to the next person who needs it. We appreciate you all so much <3
