Help Marissa Get A New Car

TL;DR VERSION:
September 29th, 2021 marked the fourth anniversary of my mom's passing. It now also marks the first time I've ever had a gun pressed to my head.
On September 29th, 2021 I was at Bay Street meet, an outdoor mall not too far up the street from me. I was carjacked and robbed. I'm raising funds to help me finish paying off my old car, get a solid down payment for a new one, and cover the costs I've already paid for a new phone.
FULL VERSION:
I'd gone to the Barnes and Noble there to buy a copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows to reread. After spending the day indulging in things my mom love, such as re-watching for the thousandth time Overboard (the 1984 version), nothing seemed to quell the longing I had for her. Since I was young books have always provided me a refuge from sadness. I thought I'd be in and out of the bookstore. Instead, I was ripped from my car with a gun aimed at my forehead. My car keys were ripped off from around my neck, my credit cards stolen, and my phone was snatched out of my hand. My phone had the last voicemails my mom sent to me on it. I made it out alive, though, and aside from the memory of the cold steel pressed to my forehead and the rug/cloth burn from my lanyard being yanked from my neck, I'm physically okay. Psychologically, I'm not. I already have PTSD from watching my mom pass away, and now I'm afraid to be outside.
In the days since the 29th, my savings have been devastated as I deal with the fallout, which includes purchasing a new phone, dealing with car impound costs (my car was found with body damage -- my side mirrors have been smashed, my rearview spraypainted silver along with the rest of the inside of my car; frame damage -- it's clear the thieves hit something that has thrown the alignment off with my car), having to replace my driver's license, locks on my house, and my license plates. Before you ask, my insurance will not cover it because I accidentally let my insurance get canceled. Like most in the pandemic, I've had extensive costs, including a tumor biopsy + having to save for chemo meds that my car insurance slipped my mind (I pay in six-month increments and forgot to renew my policy).
I just want to pay off the money I owe my loaner (4K), get enough money for a solid down payment on a new (used) car (plus the trade in money for my old car), and rebuild my savings a little by replacing the money I've spent to try and keep my head above water in all of this. Especially with student loan forbearance ending in January.
I can't get back in my car. Each time I try, I want to throw up, and I start to cry.
Anything helps.
I can also provide police reports if that helps.
Thank you for your time.
