Our Story
UTV Studios is a student-run production studio. Following entertainment industry models, UTV students gain practical knowledge and experience working in specific areas of the film industry including writing, production, marketing, and graphic design. This year, UTV Studios is working on production for three short films. Lifelines, Here With Me, and A Burning Mind are student written and produced.

Lifelines
A lonely sound engineer decides to finally contact his crush and reconnect with his sister by pretending to use them both as phone lifelines on a game show. Even though each phone call takes place at different times in the same day, the film will cut back and forth between them, unraveling the story in a non-linear fashion.


A Burning Mind
In the prime of his teen years, Mason Wells represents the modern day boy as he quietly struggles with finding himself in the ignorant and confusing world around him. Although coping, Mason still tries to enjoy his passion for music production and quietly pursues connections with the people around him. As he struggles to understand exactly who he is, we see him reach his breaking point.


Here With Me
Catherine, a lonely widow, is stuck in a rut until one day, her neighbor Danielle knocks on her door and forces her into a situation that changes her outlook on life.
