My name is Scott Smith and I am one of many proud uncles of Justin Cloney of the United States Army.
On January 17th 2016 Justin was in a tragic car accident in Gila Bend Arizona that claimed the life of his girlfriend. The car hit a guardrail, rolled over and burst into flames. Justin was critically injured with burns over 67% of his body. He was airlifted to the Arizona Burn Foundation in Phoenix where he remains in ICU. Justin has endured multiple surgeries with many more to come, along with the healing process that will take months if not years.
His amazing parents Henry and Kelly Davis upon getting the tragic phone call flew down immediately and have been at his bedside vowing to stay until their son awakens. The Army has taken very good care of Justin and his parents and many in Justin's Army community have come together to help with Kelly and Henry's journey. The Davis' co-workers, friends and family in NH have been so gracious as well with their generosity. But with the rising cost of maintaining both lives in NH and Arizona it will be difficult to manage. We want to take that added burden away from this amazing family. If you are able to donate to help with some of these cost, to allow them to focus on Justin we will be forever grateful. Prayers are also welcomed.
