In the Memory of Utsukta Adhikari

Donation protected
Nepalese community of Kamloops is devastated and heart-broken by the tragic motor-vehicle collision on the BC 5 Freeway near Kamloops. A pick-up truck fleeing from a criminal activity drove on a wrong-side of the Freeway and collided with our friend’s car around 9pm on September 5th. We lost our loving friend Utsukta Adhikari and another friend from Srilanka on that fatal crash.

Our friend Bikash Bhandary and another Srilankan friend are recovering from serious injuries.

Utsukta Adhikari was a bright student and humble human-being who has recently completed her degree from Thompson Rivers University and looking forward to flourish her better life in Canada. May her departed soul rest in peace. She will be always in our memories.

Our friend Bikash Bhandary is a dynamic community member, a master’s degree holder in Sanskrit and working as a Pandit in our local “Shiva-Shakti Hindu Temple” here in Kamloops. We pray for his speedy recovery from the injuries and trauma.

We have a very small community in Kamloops with few families and University Students.

So, we need your extensive support to send Utsukta’s deceased body to Nepal and to provide financial support to Bikash until he completely recovers from his injuries and trauma.

Here is the go fund me link, your donation of any amount will show your generosity in this difficult time.
