Justice for Dad (and others)
I am raising funds for legal fees to obtain justice for my father who died. I want to help stop the practices that harmed him and prevent others from suffering similar harm.
Medical experts and attorneys reviewing Dad's records determined Dad was illegally admitted to hospice, in violation of Federal laws and his own refusal of hospice, as a man deemed competent by his physician to make his own medical decisions. Even his own physician at the hospital wrote the discharge order for home health care, NOT hospice. Yet hospice took over immediately upon discharge.

My father had a disease that has a 90% survival rate over 5 years. He had just been diagnosed recently before his hospice placement. He died on hospice a few months later. Without this illegal hospice placement, he would have lived much longer and had a chance to recover. With a loved one, every day of life counts.
I've worked hard to get at the truth. Funds to pay an attorney will make all the difference for this case. This is part of my healing, to raise awareness of this issue and to seek justice.
