UTRGV GeoWall Competition @ 2022 GeoCongress

Hello!

 

We are a small group of Civil Engineering students from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

We are raising money to travel to the National GeoWall Competition held in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Currently, we are ranked 8th in the nation, based on our design for a Mechanically Stabilized Earth Wall.

We will compete March 19-24, 2022, at the National GeoCongress Convention.

UTRGV previously competed in this national competition in 2020, where they placed 2nd place. This year we have built on their design and believe, we have a great chance to bring home the title.
