Sydney's Icelandic Artist Residency

Beginning June 1, I will attend Gullkistan Center for Creativity in Laugarvatn, Iceland. During this time I will create abstracted drawings based on the alien Icelandic landscape, as well as create preliminary drawings for sculptures to be completed in the future. This is my first step in building my career as a visual artist post grad school. Since the residency does not provide stipends for attending artists, I am asking for you help: This gofundme is created in order to fund my supplies for these artworks. With each donation, I will create a unique drawing to be mailed to each individual who donates (to be sent after I return on September 2). Size of each drawing is proportional to donation. 

I am taking this opportunity in Iceland in order to further my artistic career. I would greatly appreciate any  contribution to this worthy cause!
