Utah Family in Need (Dale & Chantelle Allen)

Hi everyone, my name is Keith Raab and a friend of mine is going through an unspeakable tragedy right now. A few weeks ago an ATV (4-Wheeler) ran over his head and by the grace of God, his skull wasn't crushed. However, he is suffering negative side-effects due to his head injury and has an unknown recovery period ahead of him. He cannot work, he has no PTO (Paid Time Off), no vacation time and his wife is also recovering from her own surgery as well. His name is Dale and his wife's name is Chantelle. They have 2 lovely children and he was the main source of income for them all. He doesn't know if he'll be able to go back to work at all as a CDL Driver or what his future will look like. He is asking for help to cover medical bills and for some help with their monthly expenses while they figure all of this out and just focus on healing back to their normal selves.
