Dear readers, my name’s Aaryn, I’m 33 years of age and over three full years on testosterone injections. It took my whole life, took a deep dive into my own beliefs and my own character to accept who I was and who I have become. Now that being said, to those of you who have kept up on this journey, for the last ten years I’ve been binding my chest everyday. Whether that be with tapes that take your skin with them during the removal process or wearing what feels like a spandex corset (binder) even on 100 degree summer days. It’s excruciating to say the least and causes more back problems than I ever thought I could have.

So I’ve spent the last two years saving up for my surgery and I paid  it off, however, I’m taking six weeks off of work to heal up and that financial burden is bringing along stress. 

There’s little hope for any grants I can obtain but I’m on every list I can be. 

Honestly, with all the rent increases and the inflation of everything in between, I thought I should reach out to those that love me for me or just wish to support a journey of a small town guy just trying to match his inside to his outsides.

This one surgery would improve my way of life tremendously and allow me to live my life to the fullest without hesitation.
