Aloha! My name is Micki, and I am the School Director and a teacher at Ballet Hawaii. The organization has been around for over 40 years providing students with ballet instruction and the fantastic opportunity to perform in both student and professional productions. These students are dedicated, hard-working, and devoted to their art form. It is one of my greatest joys to teach and provide for them. The wardrobe at Ballet Hawaii holds some beautiful costumes, but we are limited in our sizes, and they are becoming a bit shabby to behold. I cannot personally buy a new wardrobe for my students, but I am hoping I can raise money to refresh, refurbish, and rejuvenate their costumes with your help. Students should feel beautiful and comfortable when they perform. They shouldn’t worry about not finding a costume to fit their body. Every body deserves a costume. Please help me raise money for our excellent costumer, Yoshie Huffman, to create beautiful costumes for all of our lovely students.
