Hi my name is Rachel I’m in need of help with saving my home. I recently got out of an abusive of relationship. My abuser is now attempting to claim OUR home as his home, but abandoned me 5 years ago leaving me to take care of our home alone. I am still maintaining this property alone. My abuser has all of a sudden come back into the picture and wants to put me out claiming, I’ve had no financial contribution. I am on a fixed income and still have to maintain this property leaving me unable to fight to keep my home. I am a 62 year old disabled women that is trying to avoid homelessness.
