Car Repairs for 70-year old Working Grandma

I am a 70-year old woman: a mother and grandmother. I work fulltime taking care of elderly people who need help to be able to stay in their home, instead of going to a nursing home. I love what I do!! I started out by caring for my own mom for her last 10 years of life. What a blessing that time was!! I am facing a totally unexpected life emergency: the transmission on my 2010 Chevy Malibu gave out. I do not have the money for a dependable used car, so I'm asking for a little help. I need a car for work as soon as possible.
