USARS 2024 Nationals Live Organ Music Fundraiser

Hello USARS Skating Family and Friends:

I’m King Lee overseeing this year’s 2024 Live Organ at National’s Fundraising Event.

Mr. Ralph Brown has been playing at USARS Nations since 2016. Since that time fundraisers were instituted to raise the funds to support Ralph’s efforts to play at each of the Nationals of that given year. Nationals this year is in Lincoln, Nebraska. 2024 USARS National Figure Championships dates are from July 15th through July 28th . Ralph will be playing during the adult portion of Nationals are July 25th through 28th.

Last year’s expenses totaled $2679.40 total money raised was $3225.00. We raised $2825.00 just prior to Nationals. We thank all those that contributed to last years fundraiser and did received $300.00 donation from Dicky and Kerri Laponese at Nationals. Which caused us to meet the $3200.00 Goal+. After expenses a carryover of $520.60. It’s estimated that the expenses range from $2,500.00 to $3,000.00. Based on the current price of air fare tickets, transportation to and from Airport, transportation of the equipment to and from the venue, per diem expense of meals, and lodging expense during the duration of the period that Ralph is at Nationals. Ralph has volunteered his services each and every year he has played at Nationals and this year is no exception. Based on projected estimates this year fund raising effort will be $2,000.00 over the carryover from last year. Totaling $2500.00 for this year.

Any donations not used for the expenses and Go Fund Me administration costs from this season will be donated to the United States Foundation for Amateur Roller Skating.
