My name is Monica Torres, and I’m a proud mother of four beautiful children. I’ve always believed in the power of resilience, love, and determination—especially as I’ve worked hard to build a better future for my family while pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse.

Recently, during a routine health screening through my nursing clinicals, I received news that changed everything: I was diagnosed with cancer.
