Hi my name is Joy Rindfleisch, I am an 18 year old powerlifter! Two and a half years ago I had to quit gymnastics due to injures. Gymnastics was my life, and I got very depressed after having to quit the sport I loved more than anything in the world. I developed and eating disorder, where I was not eating properly to fuel my body. Gratefully I found powerlifting. Powerlifting saved me, and I learned that food is fuel. I recently competed at nationals and was offered the opportunity to compete at worlds located in turkey. This is a once in a life time opportunity for most. I also have a brother who plays travel baseball. Just figured I’d start a little fundraiser to help my hard working mama cover the cost:)
