US Veteran Lost All in Tragic House Fire

Donation protected
On Thursday, August 7 at 1:20 in the afternoon, a fire broke out at 1332 Hartford Pike in East Killingly. Jake Samuelson managed to get out without physical injury, but his mother suffered 3rd degree burns to her body and her airway. She was airlifted to Rhode Island Hospital where she remains in critical condition. Jake, who is a Navy veteran, is also a tremendously gifted metal artist who makes beautiful lamps and furniture. However, he lost everything he owns, including his crafting supplies that bring him peace and focus, as well as some income. The fate of Jake and his mother are still very uncertain, but with your help, he can be relieved of some of the financial stress and worry that he must be going through, not even considering the insurmountable costs associated with his mother’s medical bills and long term care. Your support will help him through this incredibly hard time, and replace some of the things he lost so he can start over and rebuild his life. Thank you for your anticipated support.
