Hello Everyone

My name is Maria; I am an entrepreneur in the food industry. I started my business 8 years ago. With the help of my family, we started off under a tent with very little equipment. With each event we served our food we earned the ability to buy what equipment we needed one piece at a time.

Over the years we built a name for ourselves in our community. We became well known for our Tamales and our Catering services. After our 5 years under a tent, we earned ourselves trailer that was a fish house that we converted into our food trailer. It's been 3 years now using this for all of our pop ups.

We are now in the tail end of our 8th year in business and have been Blessed with an Amazing Opportunity of opening up our own location!!! It is the perfect size for our Taco Shop aka Taqueria!

We have always worked hard to give our community the very best of our California Style Mexican Food staying true to the flavors we grew up eating from our home state and in our homes as well as staying true to our Mexican culture style of cooking.

Our community has been a God Sent Blessing to our Family and to Our Family Business!! They have blessed us time and time again over the course of our 8 years! They have given kindness, encouragement, shared our story, supported us at our events and put us to work with catering and pop ups!

We now come to that same wonderful community asking for your help and support. We need to raise the funds to complete this opportunity and make it a real true dream come true by getting our doors open so that we can continue to serve our food to all of you on a more frequent basis.

There are a couple pieces of equipment that is still needed as well as some permits and branding essentials to make this place our own.

We believe that having this location it will bring true stability to our family and to our business and we will have achieved what we have been working endlessly for, making all of the hard work and sacrifices so many have put into the success and longevity of our small family owned and family operated Mexican Food Business.

Our family thanks each and every one of you that donated to our last cause and for seeing our family thru all of our ups and downs and hardships and for keeping us alive and thriving!

We are so excited to open up OUR DOORS to ALL OF YOU located downtown Fargo, North Dakota in the Old Smiling Moose Location!
