Help us get a reliable car, & get back on the road

As some of you may know, myself and my family have been through a number of trials in the last few years… But we always manage to keep the faith high, surround ourselves with good people, and we always manage to make it through. Well, we have come upon a situation where I’m having to reach out for help in a big way, & to be a little embarrassed to have to do this is an understatement, but we really could use the help right now… so here I am.

We are kind, loving, helpful people who have had a string of bad luck. My husband and I work very very hard, we commute for work, and I myself use my car for work daily… And unexpectedly had my car engine blow. Because we still owed on a loan for it, we’ve been unable to get approved for a new loan for a new car. Because of tough situation‘s in the past, we’ve never had a chance to fully recover and save enough to get us a preowned car. So we have been just trying to get money saved and using my husband‘s truck in the meantime. Well, his truck is now broke down and in the shop, and we were told it needs far more work than worth it. So here we are, down to no vehicle. We were able to borrow a car for a couple days, rent a car… Which gets expensive, and we are paying to fix what we can to get the truck back on the road temporarily, but we were told we only have a matter of time before that engine goes as well. I’m sad, stressed, and just often wonder why hard things always happen to good people.. But God never gives us more than we can handle. I know it’s a lot to ask, but I’m hoping that maybe any donations at all, can help us get to our goal faster so we can get one good reliable car which would take a lot of the stress away. A few weeks from now I will need to get my daughter to school every day, our commute daily is 45 minutes to and from… And I’m just stuck at a point where I’m not sure what we’re going to do. What we need is more time, because with time we can manage… But we don’t have time. I’m hoping those who read this, if you are able, can donate any amount to help us get to our goal.
