We're Alan and Eddie Owners and Creators of sweet and savoury Crumbles. We love what we do and take pride in everything we produce.

For us to be able to share our Crumbles with as much of Scotland as possible we really need your help in getting a Food Truck. This will enable us to attend Festivals, Weddings, Bigger events and have a beautiful vehicle to serve from rather than our gazebo.

Based in Musselburgh, we now travel across Scotland serving up Crumble at Markets, Events, Pop-ups, Corporate settings and Special Occasions.

We create mouth-watering, warm, Crumbles. Our fruit fillings are inspired by the classics but elevated with our own wee touches. The savoury crumbles are inspired by those traditional, home comfort meals.

All our food is completely Gluten Free. We are mostly Plant based, just check with us. The Crumbleologist naturally went Gluten Free because Alan and various family members are Coeliac or Gluten intolerant. Then we went mostly Plant-based because some of our friends are Lactose intolerant. This means our nearest and dearest get to fill themselves with our crumble as do many more Crumble Lovers.
