Help Andy and his Family

Over this past holiday season, our dear cousin, friend, and brother Andy tested positive for COVID and developed a bad case of pneumonia. On January 12, 2022, he was admitted into the Jefferson Abington Hospital in Abington, PA. Andy was placed in the ICU last week and is currently still there. Doctors have said that Andy's recovery is expected to be a long, slow process, so it is going to be a very long road for him and his family.

 

We know that Andy is strong and is a perpetual optimist that likes to stay positive, so we’re confident he will pull through this. Knowing the high rising costs of healthcare and health insurance, Andy was very concerned about the mounting bills before going into ICU. Nobody is really ever prepared for this type of emergency or the costs associated with it. We do not want him to feel any of those worries when he gets out; we want him to focus on getting better.

 

Andy is a loving husband and father of two small kids; he works very hard every day to help support his family. He is a self-employed truck driver and was on his Winter no-pay break when he contracted COVID. As he is the Main Breadwinner, this has been a huge setback for his family and needs help right away while he recovers.
