Joe Solis was many things, he was a veteran, a musician/vocalist, a brother, a uncle, a grandfather, a wonderful husband to Electa, and a great father to Joesph and Nora. Joe had just turned 60 years old one week prior to contracting COVID-19, which was followed by 12 days of him fighting bravely and alone for his life on a ventilator. Sadly, Joe lost his battle with COVID-19 on July 13, 2020. Our family could only share his last moments with him through a live stream video, as he was taken off the ventilator, not even his wife, or kids could be there in person to say their final goodbyes. Our family is heartbroken and just at a loss right now. Losing someone you love is hard, but losing them unexpectedly is even harder. We have started this fundraiser to help with expenses for funeral cost and for the medical bills from the treatments Joe received while battling COVID-19. We sincerely thank you for any kind thoughts, prayers , and any donations you can give. We do understand that the pandemic has taken a financial toll on everyone during these difficult times, but there is no dollar amount to small, anything you can donate will help and be a blessing to our family. We hope you and your family stay healthy and safe during these scary and uncertain times. Thank you, and God Bless.
