In northern Albania, near Shkoder, lives a poor family whose roof is in danger of collapsing at any moment. The house was built by the state following the earthquake that devastated Albania in 1979 on a land that doesn’t belong to the family. Unfortunately, it was once again heavily weakened by the earthquake in November 2019. The current situation is disastrous: the roof is in ruins, the facilities are dilapidated, the sanitary facilities are deplorable and they will be evicted by the current landlord soon; the house is falling apart. The parents, Fatmir and Rudina, both suffer from motor disabilities and do not benefit from any resources other than their land, which they cultivate to feed their family. It is imperative to act quickly or they risk finding themselves in a precarious state. A sum of 25,000 € is needed to build a habitable house on land which, this time, belongs to them. This will allow the family to live in dignity and in humane conditions. We therefore need your help and generosity. Any amount, even a modest one, is welcome in order to build a home for this family. Në Shqipërinë e Veriut, afër Shkodrës, jeton një familje shumë e varfër, së cilës çatia rrezikon ti shembet në çdo moment. Shtëpia u ndërtua nga shteti pa asnjë leje pronësie pas tërmeteve që shkatërruan Shqipërinë e veriut në vitin 1979. Fatëkeqësisht shtepia u dobësua shumë nga tërmeti qe ndodhi me daten 26 Nëntor 2019. Situata aktuale është e tmerrshme: çatia është në rrënoja, objektet janë të rrënuara, pajisjet sanitare janë të mjerueshme. Prindërit, Fatmir dhe Rudina, vuajnë nga aftësi të kufizuara fizike. Ata nuk përfitojnë nga ndonjë burim financiar apo asistencë tjetër përveç tokës së tyre, të cilën ata e kultivojnë për ushqim. Eshtë e domosdoshme të veprohet së shpejti për arsye se ata rrezikojnë jetën në një situatë të pasigurt. Një shumë prej 25,000 € është e nevojshme për të ndërtuar një shtëpi në tokë që u përket atyre. Kjo do të mundësoj që familja të jetojë me dinjitet dhe në kushte njerëzore. Prandaj, ne e kemi nisur nje thirrje për ndihmën dhe bujarinë tuaj. Çdo shumë, sado e vogël, është e mirëseardhur për të ndërtuar një shtëpi modeste për këtë familje. Ne ju falënderojmë përzemërsisht për mirësinë tuaj.

Dans le nord de l’Albanie, près de Shkodër, vit une famille pauvre dont le toit risque de s’effondrer à tout moment. La maison a été construite par l’Etat suite au tremblement de terre qui avait dévasté l’Albanie en 1979 sur un terrain qui ne leur appartient pas. Malheureusement, elle a été de nouveau très fragilisée par le tremblement de terre du 26 novembre 2019. La situation actuelle est catastrophique : le toit est en miette, les installations sont vétustes, les sanitaires sont déplorables et ils menacent d’être expulsés par le propriétaire actuel du terrain. Les parents, Fatmir et Rudina, souffrent tous deux d’un handicap moteur et ne bénéficient d’aucune ressource mis à part leur terre qu’ils cultivent afin de se nourrir. Il est impératif d’agir rapidement sans quoi ils risquent de se retrouver dans une situation précaire. Une somme de 25 000€ est nécessaire afin de construire une maison habitable sur un terrain qui, cette fois-ci, leur appartient. Cela permettra à la famille de vivre dans la dignité et dans des conditions humaines. Nous faisons dès lors appel à votre aide et à votre générosité. Toute somme, même modeste, est la bienvenue afin de construire un foyer pour cette famille. Nous vous remercions pour votre bonté.
