Hello my name is Uriel. I am a 27-year-old husband and father of 2 young kids. My family and friends are putting this fundraiser together on my behalf. I am fighting for my life in a hospital in Mexico. I have a reason to live, my wife and my two children. 22 days ago, I got into an unfortunate accident that left me with a severe head and brain damage. I have had to undergo surgery and other medical procedures since then. The first surgery I went through is where they had to remove a part of my skull. On top of that my brain has two major damages that does not allow signals to be sent to my body. I have to depend on a ventilator to breath. The other procedure that was done was a tracheostomy, was done to connect a ventilator which allows me to breathe. My third procedure was a gastrectomy in which allows me to be fed through a tube.

 

Due to the accident, I have been in a coma for 22 days. I did not foresee ever being in this situation. I have an overwhelming amount of hospital expenses due to the care that I require. My family has been selling many of our belongings  and doing what we can to be able to pay for all of this. I have come to realized that it is more than we can keep up with. We humbly and kindly ask for your help in any way possible. We ask for your prayers and we thank you in advance for your financial support towards my situation. Hola mi nombre es Uriel. Tengo 27 años, estoy casado y  soy padre de 2 niños pequeños. Mi familia y amigos están organizando están recaudando fondos en mi nombre. Estoy luchando por mi vida en un hospital en México. Tengo una razón para vivir, mi esposa y mis dos hijos. Hace 22 días, tuve un desafortunado accidente que me dejó con un daño severo en la cabeza y el cerebro. He tenido que someterme a cirugía y otros procedimientos médicos desde entonces. La primera cirugía por la que pasé fue donde tuvieron que extirpar una parte de mi cráneo. Además de eso, mi cerebro tiene dos daños importantes que no permiten que se envíen señales a mi cuerpo. Tengo que depender de un ventilador para respirar. El otro procedimiento que se hizo fue una traqueotomía, se hizo para conectar un ventilador que me permite respirar. Mi tercer procedimiento fue una gastrectomía en la que me permite ser alimentado a través de un tubo.

 

Debido al accidente, he estado en coma durante 22 días. Nunca pensé estar en esta situación. Tengo una cantidad abrumadora de gastos hospitalarios debido a la atención que requiero. Mi familia ha estado vendiendo muchas de nuestras pertenencias y haciendo lo que podemos para poder pagar todo esto. Me he dado cuenta de que es más de lo que podemos pagar. Humilde y amablemente le pedimos su ayuda de cualquier manera posible. Pedimos sus oraciones y les agradecemos de antemano por su apoyo financiero a mi situación.
