Help Jarrah the Service Dog have Urgent Surgery

Hi everyone, I'm hoping to raise funds so my service dog Jarrah can have urgent surgery. 

Jarrah has Elbow Dysplasia, Severe Arthritis, a previous Right Cruciate rupture and has now ruptured her Left Cruciate, which was her last healthy leg. Unfortunately, she ruptured her Right Cruciate 18mths ago but the surgery was unsuccessful, leaving the right side crooked and the left side the only fully functioning leg. Jarrah also has severe Elbow Dysplasia in both left and right front legs, along with severe Arthritis in her joints. Jarrah's last healthy limb now has a Cruciate Rupture; without it, she does not have the stability to walk, her quality of life has deteriorated and I can't allow this. If I could swap places, I would, she fights so hard, and she's the toughest little dog, she doesn't want me to see the pain she's in. She's at my side when no matter what, she says hello to everyone she sees in the street and has nothing but love to show the world, regardless of the cruel start to life she had. I knew very little of reverence before this dog saved me; her altruism affects everyone she meets..
