I have been diagnosed with heart failure following a myocardial infarction, with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) confirmed on multiple EKGs. Recent visits continue to show ongoing cardiac abnormalities that require further evaluation and specialist care. EKGs from November and December 2024 both showed probable LVH with no significant change.

As recently as 03/2026, my blood pressure reading was 157/114, which is dangerously high and reflects the ongoing strain on my cardiovascular system. I was also recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, an autoimmune condition that affects my thyroid, heart rate, and overall stability, making my symptoms more complex.

I am experiencing persistent fatigue, fluid retention, and cardiovascular strain. I urgently need ongoing cardiac care and evaluation, along with treatment from an endocrinologist to properly manage both conditions. A medical statement in 2025 further documents my post-myocardial infarction complications, LVH, and ongoing symptoms that limit my ability to work.
