Urgent: Winter Aid for Colin & Pets

My name is Samantha, and I am hoping to raise money for a friend of mine named Colin. He is a queer, disabled person in the process of obtaining social security benefits. For the majority of 2024, he has been in a temporary living situation with his two pets/emotional support animals, Cassie and Percy. Despite utilizing all resources at his disposal, little progress has been made in securing those benefits or permanent housing, and his current living situation will be coming to an end earlier than expected in January due to circumstances beyond his control. I live too far away to offer a place for him to live, but I want to make sure he can at least survive the upcoming Pennsylvania winter.

All money raised will go directly to Colin and will be spent on food, shelter, medical expenses, and transportation to meetings with his social worker and disability lawyer. Any little bit helps while Colin continues working with social services to secure permanent housing and get the support he needs.
