Urgent Help for My Dog’s her name is Rubie she’s suffering of Dental and gum infection

Hi, my name is Glorivee and I’m asking for help from the bottom of my heart for Rubie who is in serious pain due to a severe infection in her gum. I’ve already taken her to the hospital and a veterinary clinic, and they told me the infection It’s a painful abscess that requires treatment by a veterinary dental specialist.

but I don’t have the financial means to pay for the service she needs I’ve done everything I can to care for her, but this I’m not working at the moment . My dog is part of my life , and watching her suffer without being able to help her break my heart in peace’s wanting and can’t help her
