Urgent Vet Funds Needed for Senior Ferrets

URGENT VET FUNDS NEEDED FOR SENIOR FERRETS

Hello, my name is Abby Welsh and I live in Delaware Township, PA. I am reaching out to my local and online communities for support in caring for four senior ferrets I recently adopted: Osiris, Finn, Beans, and Chungus.

When I took them in, I was told they were healthy, but I quickly realized something was wrong. They were underweight, and Osiris showed clear signs of illness. I tried to get their medical records from the previous owner but was told they had never even seen a vet.

I work part-time and am doing everything I can, but the cost of care for all of them is more than I can afford alone. 

These ferrets deserve a chance at a happy, healthy life. That’s why I started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for:

-Full exams for all four ferrets

-Necessary bloodwork and imaging

-Medication for at least two of them

-Potential surgery for two

-An emergency vet fund for ongoing care

-Raw diet costs (helps prevent and manage illnesses and promote general health)
