Urgent Vet Care Needed for Angela's Beloved Cookie

My name is Angela O’Donnell and this GoFundMe is made for my dog Cookie. She has been a part of my family for most of my life, she’s about 15 years old. For the past five years, I’ve been solely taking care of her. As she’s been getting older, she got a hip disease and it’s hard for her to walk, so I have to help her whenever she goes out to the bathroom. She is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet; she loves to give kisses, and even though she’s older, she still likes to play.

But for the past 4 days, she’s been acting very strange. She’s going limp, she’s not drinking as much, and eating as much either. Sometimes she’ll eat a little bit and sometimes she’ll drink a little bit, but she hasn’t gone out to the bathroom at all. I’ve just been putting puppy pads underneath her so she can release it whenever she’s ready. I’m not sure if she’s just getting older and it might be her time, or if it’s something internal that maybe the vet could help with. So I set up a vet appointment for her to see what’s going on.

I’m one of those people who hate to ask for help, but my friend convinced me to make a GoFundMe because money is really tight right now from paying all my bills.
