Dear friends, animal lovers, and kind supporters,
My name is Kalulu, and I run a care shelter for 54 cats and 20 dogs here in Uganda. Every single day, I come across abandoned, injured, starving, and sick cats who have no one else to fight for them. Some are left on the streets, some are dumped as kittens, and others are suffering in silence with untreated wounds and infections.
I cannot turn my back on them.
Right now, we are struggling with overwhelming veterinary bills and the daily cost of feeding the cats in our care. Many of our rescues need urgent medical attention — treatment for infections, wounds, parasites, malnutrition, and other life-threatening conditions. Some require antibiotics, pain relief, and follow-up visits to give them a real chance at survival.
Vet care is expensive, but their lives are priceless.
We also face a constant challenge: FOOD. These cats rely on us completely. Every bowl of food means the difference between strength and starvation. Every treatment means the difference between life and death.
Your donation — no matter how small — can make a huge difference:
$10 can help buy food for several cats
$25 can help cover basic medication
$50+ can help pay for critical vet treatment
Any amount brings hope
We are not just feeding cats — we are giving them a second chance at life. A chance to heal. A chance to feel safe. A chance to be loved.
If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser. Sharing saves lives too.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in these innocent animals. Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for giving them hope when they have none.
Together, we can save them. ❤️
With gratitude,
Kalulu
