EMERGENCY Relief for Turkey Earthquake Victims

While I was blessed to wake up in a cozy bed on Monday morning and prepare for school, my friends and citizens of Turkey were shaken in the middle of the night by the most destructive event to hit the region since 1939. The earthquake brought utter destruction, leaving a trail of horror in its wake and upending the lives of countless individuals. The contrast between my normal day and the chaos that my loved ones are enduring is a stark reminder of the unpredictable nature of life and the fragility of our existence.

Like many others who are thousands of miles away, I am searching for ways to help and provide support for those who are suffering in the aftermath of the earthquake. I am eager to do my part and donate to the relief efforts, to bring comfort and aid to those who are in pain.

The streets are filled with chaos and destruction. The winter storm only adds to the suffering of thousands who are desperately fighting for survival on the streets. The aftermath of the disaster is a heart-wrenching scene, with the full extent of the tragedy still unfolding.

ALL donations will be channeled to Ahbap, a non-government organization based in Turkey, which is actively working to provide relief and support to those impacted by the earthquake. They provide for people in the affected areas of Gaziantep, Adana, Adiyaman, Diyarbakir, Hatay, Kahramanmaras, Malatya, Mersin and more. They do not have an active GoFundMe account, therefore I will be documenting every donation and sending it to them directly, with receipts.
