Hi everyone, this is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to write. Our sweet puppy Cooper was attacked by another dog and suffered devastating injuries. The bite caused a cut all the way through his skull, and he is now battling a traumatic brain injury. He also has severe eye damage from the attack.

Right now, Cooper is being kept overnight under anesthesia and on heavy medications so the doctors can monitor him closely, manage the swelling in his brain, and try to stabilize him. We are taking this hour by hour, praying for any sign of improvement.

The reality we are facing is heartbreaking. If we cannot afford the treatment he needs, the only other option we are being given is to put him down. That is something we are not ready to accept without fighting for him first. He is just a baby and deserves every chance at life.
