Urgent Time Sensitive. Help Bri avoid eviction and keep Cat

Hi, my name is Bri and I am unfortunately facing eviction and am down to the last hours to raise the money to save my very first place on my own. I am desperately trying to raise these funds by the end of the day Monday. I know it's a long shot, but I have to try.

Hi everyone, my name is Bri, and I’m reaching out for help during one of the hardest times of my life. A little over a year ago, I made the very difficult decision to end a 23-year relationship. Josh and I remain close, but I knew I needed to take time to learn who I am, learn to love myself, and finally stand on my own two feet. I’ve been incredibly lucky to have the love and support of my amazing mother and my best friends. My mom had just moved into an apartment complex in downtown Boise called Adare, and I immediately fell in love with it. With her help, I was able to move into my very first place on my own, and we were lucky enough to get me an apartment three doors down from her! It’s been such a blessing for both of us. Being nearby has allowed me to be there for her through her health challenges and multiple procedures this past year, and our amazing bond has grown even stronger. My brother even moved into the same floor not long after —My mom and I have had a blast making it my own and now it truly feels llike home. Unfortunately, life threw me a few unexpected curveballs. I’ve always worked hard and stayed loyal to my employers, but like many, I’ve battled severe anxiety and depression. I didn’t give my mental health the attention it needed and, as a result, I lost my 10-year job at Walgreens as a beauty consultant shortly after moving in. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to stay afloat — caring for my mom part-time, working DoorDash and Uber, and cleaning Airbnbs (a job I recently lost). I’m actively applying for full-time positions and already have several interviews lined up. I know I’ll get back on my feet soon — I just need a little help to get through this difficult stretch and avoid losing my apartment in the meantime. I also have a beautiful cat named Orion, my sweet companion and best friend. I don’t have children, but he truly feels like my son. He brings me comfort and joy every single day, and I’m so grateful for him. One of my biggest fears is that if I lose my home, finding a safe place for both of us will be extremely hard, since many rentals don’t allow pets. I need to raise these funds by the end of the day tomorrow. I know it’s very short notice, but I have to try everything I can before I can’t try any longer. I never imagined I would be making a GoFundMe, but I’m putting my pride aside and asking for help. If I’m unable to raise the funds in time, I will return every donation immediately. Any amount helps — even a small contribution or sharing this page can make a difference. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who reads, shares, or donates. Your kindness means more to me than words can express. With love and gratitude, Bri (and Orion)
