Chuck was hospitalized yesterday afternoon (Saturday, May 10) for what we thought was a dense hairball that wouldn’t come up and was making him lethargic, and he wouldn’t eat or drink. But after X-rays and an Ultrasound, we have discovered he actually has a mass on his liver that rupture and was bleeding into his abdomen.
We have been notified that he needs immediate surgery to remove that mass to give him a fighting chance.
I am absolutely heartbroken. If you know me, and even if you don’t, Chuck is my world, he is my everything. Having him in my life has gotten me through some of the toughest times where I was at my lowest. I will do whatever I can to get him the help he needs, but I am just financially struggling right now.
I appreciate all of you for taking the time to read this and possibly help. I will update with photos of the invoices when I get a chance to get them from the emergency vet.
