A family that I work with is in need of help with an emergency c-section for their sweet five-year old dog who got pregnant while waiting for her spay appointment at a low-cost clinic. Two babies were born healthy, but unfortunately, the third puppy is positioned transverse and is stuck. Puppies four and five are trapped behind #3. She needs surgery urgently to save both her life and the puppies. I’m helping with what I can, but could use any amount of financial help anyone can give. We are still hoping to find a vet that can take her today because that gives us the best chance of saving the puppies, but we have a surgery appointment for Monday morning, which should hopefully at least save mom.

thanks for reading this far. Y’all know I have a tender heart for these situations. I wish I could help this family more than I can. They are so sweet and so good to their pets. They just recently saved up and were able to get both dogs vaccinated and had saved up enough for the spay and neuter appointments in February, but then this happened. :(
