Urgent Surgery Needed for Pepper

Pepper is our family pet. He is a Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie). As of 12/16, he has been in the emergency vet three times due to him not eating, vomiting, diarrhea, and shaking. He has not eaten for four days so far and has barely been drinking any water. Initial diagnosis was gastroenteritis, but the vet is now telling us there is a blockage in Pepper's intestines and he needs surgery to get the blockage out.

Me and my sister are asking for any help at all to help with the cost of Pepper’s medical bills.
