Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers, 

This morning, my beloved cat Mylo was attacked by a coyote right in front of our house. Thankfully, our neighbor chased the coyote away, saving his life. Mylo was rushed to the emergency vet, where they discovered he has a shattered jaw and severe head trauma. He needs surgery, a CT scan, and X-rays to check for hidden injuries. 

Mylo and his brother, Jupi, were wild kittens we adopted when I was 11. They’ve grown up inseparable, and Mylo is a much-loved member of our family and neighborhood. 

Seeing him in pain at the hospital was heartbreaking, but when he tried to stand and meow, we knew he was fighting to live. The doctor says he has a good chance of recovery with surgery and treatment, so we’ve decided to do everything we can to help him. 

The cost of his care has already exceeded $20,000, and we’re reaching out to ask for your help. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward his medical expenses. Mylo means the world to us, and we want to give him the best chance to heal.
