My name is Cyreeta Crowell and my family and I are trying to raise money to help save the life of a 9-month-old German Shepherd, named Milo, that jumped out of my husband’s car window and broke his leg.
We were helping to re-home him and were on our way to take him to meet our dogs when the unfortunate happened. We immediately took him to Well Pets Animal Hospital where they confirmed the break in his leg through his X-rays, and the only options were to amputate or fix it through surgery.
The estimate that we got from Capital Animal Hospital was between $3400-$3800, which is money we just don’t have up front (nobody takes payment plans and we don’t qualify for Care Credit or Scratch Pay). Thankfully, he’s at least on pain meds and an antibiotic for now, but his leg is swelling more and more as each day goes by. He’s the absolute SWEETEST pup and really deserves a chance at life.
