Please help! I am trying to raise funds for this sweet Beagle that showed up at my house starving and just bones with a severely injured, dislocated hip. He was in such a bad way. It appears something hit or an animal got him. He needs surgery ASAP to get him out of pain. Any money would be greatly appreciated and help him to get surgery on Tuesday.
