Help needed : Grandfather's with failing heart

My grandfather has fallen very ill. He has some major arteries that are closing up in his heart. The doctor told him that he needs major surgery immediately; if not, he might not make it. My whole family is devastated. We ask my uncle to help and he told us not to count on him . My father is devastated because everyone is counting on him to get this money for my grandfather. I want to help him the best I can and I don’t know where else to run .

Anything can help, big or small. Please!
