Urgent Surgery Needed for Gordo's Arm

Help!! Me and my dog Gordo are homeless and we were attacked by a huge pitbull! He has a severe injury to his arm and requires surgery ! They won’t help me unless I pay a fee of $180 off that bat. Then they will tell me the full cost but they want an up front payment now. It’s going to be a few thousand.
