My incredible, loving, Veteran boyfriend has had his frenchie, Doom since he was a puppy. Doom just turned 5 this week, and shortly after his birthday, had some sort of incident either jumping wrong or falling, neither of us saw, and he is now unable to walk and in an immense amount of pain. He is unable to control his bladder, shaking, and afraid and in pain. This is unbearable for us and happened in a matter of days.

As a frenchie owner, this is our worst fear. His needed IVDD surgery is a minimum of 12k not including recovery. ❤️‍ Doom has so much personality in his tiny little body and we’d like to see him live another 5 years comfortably.

Doom has had trouble with his back for the past few months now and we’re sure the inevitable is happening.

We are in the middle of moving, which is stressful enough. We’re both self employed and with the government shut down, not only has my worked slowed down but Kenny’s military benefits have been cut this month. We love our dogs more than anything, and Kenny has been nothing but loving and supportive of me and my pets and my career, so I’m doing what I can for the most important person in my life.
