Urgent Surgery Needed for Dakota's Shoulder

Hey my names Dakota for several years I’ve had problems with my shoulder. My screws have been needing to be replaced and this caused the plate to shift and dislocate once again. It will continue to dislocate until taken care of. I’m at my wits end trying to get the surgery I need. Anything helps and I very much appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read and help me.
